Netflix confirms release date for Top Boy season 4

Stream all eight episodes from 18th March 2022.

Netflix has announced the release date for the fourth season of Top Boy. 

Eight new episodes of the acclaimed British crime-drama will be available to stream from Friday 18th March 2022. 

Season 4 will pick up with Dushane (Ashley Walters) now at the top of the Summerhouse drug empire having blackmailed rival drug dealer Jamie (Michael Ward) into working for him. 

His relationship with carer Shelley (Simbi Ajikawo) is still going strong whilst best friend Sully (Kane Robinson) is attempting to come to terms with killing Dris (Shone Romulus).  

Unbeknownst to the gang, it was also revealed in the season 3 finale that homeless drug addicts Sarah (Isla Jackson Ritchie) and Lee (Josef Atlin) are actually undercover police officers. 

Series regulars Jasmine Jobson, Saffron Hocking, Lisa Dawn, Kadeem Ramsay, Jolade Obasola, Hope Ikpoku and Araloylin Oshunremi are also all set to return.  

Netflix has also announced several new cast members including Howard Charles, Erin Kellyman, Josephine De La Baume and Natali Athanasiou. 

Top Boy season 4 was originally set to premiere sometime last year but was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
