Mythic Quest to return for seasons 3 and 4 at Apple TV+
Its third season will arrive in 2022.
Apple TV+ has renewed its hit comedy Mythic Quest for a third and fourth season.
The streamer announced the news on its official Twitter account with a video which shows creator and star Rob Mcelhenney facetiming Anthony Hopkins (who guest starred as the narrator in a special episode this April) and Jason Sudekis, star of Apple TV’s acclaimed comedy Ted Lasso.

Created by Mcelhenney, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz, Mythic Quest follows those who work at the fictional game studio behind the titular MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game).
The writing team are set to begin work on the scripts for season 3 within the next few months for a release date of sometime next year.
Major plotlines are sure to include the fallout from creative director Ian Grimm (Mcelhenney) and lead engineer Poppy's (Charlotte Nicdao) decision to resign and start a new company along with Brad (Danny Pudi) potentially doing jail time for Jo’s (Jessie Ennis) insider trading.
Fellow cast members Ashly Burch, Imani Hakim, David Hornsby and F. Murray Abraham are also all set to return.
“Just like critics and audiences all over the world, we fell in love with Rob and his team’s sharp writing and full-of-heart, relatable characters that make up the world of Mythic Quest,” said Matt Cherniss, Apple TV+’s head of programming.
“We can’t wait for viewers to see what’s in store in the upcoming seasons of this brilliant workplace comedy.”
You can stream both seasons of Mythic Quest and its two special episodes on Apple TV+ now.
